Biography

Dr. Hainsworth grew up in Rockland County, New York. He attended Boston University on a 4-year- Army ROTC Scholarship. He commissioned as a 2LT in May 2007. From 2007-2011, he attended medical school at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. From 2011-2015, he completed Adult Neurology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. After graduating, he served as a Staff Neurologist at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital from 2015-2017. He then moved to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center serving as a staff neurologist for the LRMC Neurology and LRMC TBI Clinics with additional duties as Chief of Neurology and Neurology Consultant for Regional Health Command - Europe. In 2020, he moved to Tripler Army Medical Center where he continues to practice as a Staff Neurologist with additional duty as the physician co-chair for Provision of Care committee.

MAJ Hainsworth's personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal, two Certificates of Achievement, Overseas Service Medal and the Armed Forces Service Medal. He has a faculty appointment as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
