NEUROLOGY CURRICULUM

The Department of Neurology engages with medical students throughout all four years of their education.  We engage with first year medical students during the Neuroscience module where neurology faculty provide clinical lectures, lead small group seminars, and link clinical syndromes with anatomic correlates in the gross anatomy labs.  We work with third and fourth year medical students in the outpatient and inpatient settings during the required, Neurology clerkship experience.  We are constantly employing new strategies developed within the neurology curriculum to enhance student and resident learning.

"Whether it's a career in general practice, disease subspecialization, education, research, or operational medicine, military neurology can take you there."
