The Division of Neurology, under the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation, has a three-part mission emphasizing education, clinical care, and research. The primary mission of the USU Department of Neurology is to educate, train, and prepare uniformed services health professionals to provide high-quality care for patients with neurologic disorders and assist in the development of future military and public health services leaders.
