Biography

Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from USU and completed Family Medicine residency training at David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, California. She was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, where she served as a provider in the Family Health Clinic. She deployed to Balad, Iraq in 2010 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has practiced full-spectrum family medicine while serving as teaching faculty in two Air Force Family Medicine Residency programs, including Eglin AFB and the combined military-civilian program at Offutt AFB and the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Dr. Chang currently assists with teaching in the USU pre-clerkship and clerkship curriculum, and serves as the Faculty Advisor for the USU Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG).
