Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Allies Refuge in August 2021. Had oversight of 1-504 PIR Role I, was the pediatric subject matter expert at a Role II NATO hospital during the Afghan refugee evacuation, and worked closely with UNICEF to relocate displaced children.
