Biography

Dr. Mendoza received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) in 2007, then earned his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in 2011. He went on to complete his internship and pediatric residency training at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) from 2011-2014. He practiced for 5 years as a general pediatrician, and was named the Uniformed Services Chapter West Pediatrician of the Year in 2016. He completed his Allergy and Immunology fellowship training at Wilford Hall Medical Center from 2019-2021, and is currently the military allergist/immunologist stationed at USAFA.
