Biography

Dr. Winslow has over 10 years of experience specializing in the vision rehabilitation and visual readiness for our service members who have suffered the "invisible injuries of war". Dr. Winslow has specialized training and advanced competencies in the diagnosis and treatment of visual/vestibular dysfunction and performance vision training. Dr. Winslow serves as a translational leader, an educator to her interdisciplinary team at Fort Belvoir, Intrepid Spirit Center, her colleagues within the Defense Intrepid Network, as well as provides direct oversite as a Residency Supervisor, shared with Walter-Reed National Medical Center. Dr. Winslow services as a subject matter expert with the Vision Center of Excellence, Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence, and advocates for the development and implication of enhancement of Primary Eye Care services for traumatic brain injuries within the Defense Health Agency.
