Biography

Dr. Garner is an enthusiastic pediatric neurologist in the Air Force who loves working with residents and medical students helping expand their knowledge about the neurologic exam and common pediatric neurology complaints. He is part of the Core Faculty at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and is heavily involved in Quality Improvement, participating in the Process Improvement Committee at the hospital, along with the Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) committee, and the Pediatric Residency Quality Improvement and Safety Officer.
