Biography

Dr. Chad Hulsopple, LTC, USA is Director for the National Capital Consortium Sports Medicine Fellowship Program and a faculty member of the Department of Family Medicine at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS). He is a board-certified family medicine physician with a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. His research interests include military musculoskeletal injuries and their impact on readiness, ultrasonography, and regenerative medicine. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and presented educational workshops and lectures at various forums.

His previous assignments include the Squadron Surgeon, 6th Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment; Brigade Surgeon for 16th Combat Aviation Brigade- Alaska; Command Surgeon, Aviation Task Force, Iraq; Battalion Surgeon, 4th Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne); Command Surgeon, Joint Special Operation Task Force; Student, Command and General Staff College; Fellow, NCC Sports Medicine Fellowship; Command Surgeon, Special Operation Joint Task Force; and Associate Program Director, NCC Sports Medicine Fellowship.
