Biography
I am the happy mother of six children in a blended, dual-military family. I am equally dedicated to my duties as a physician-leader as I am to my duties as a mother and wife. I believe in family, hard work, wellness, commitment, evidence based care and fun. I believe it is important to be serious and focused in medicine, clinical care, education and leadership. I believe it is important to authentically know your own priorities, limitations and what you can bring to the table. My career has been wildly different than I imagined and I have had the opportunity to serve the Army in positions I would not have expected - but everything has been an adventure and I am grateful for all of my experiences. I love developmental medicine and I truly enjoy my role in teaching and education.Career Highlights: Positions, Projects, Deployements, Awards and Additional Publications
