Biography
COL (ret) Mount is a board certified, academic Intensivist and physician leader with healthcare executive experience. She has extensive experience with leading successful, diverse health care teams across all levels of a large healthcare system, including senior strategic planning, budget management, quality assurance, performance improvement, patient safety, change management and team building. She has maintained full-scope practice in a level 2 trauma, 32 bed ICU and have special expertise and additional training in Point-of-Care Ultrasound. Dr. Mount retired from the US Army in 2023 after a 24 year career and co-founded All Levels Leadership.Representative Bibliography
