Biography
Dr. Hsieh is currently serving as the Vice Chair of Education, Department of Neurology, Uniformed Services University School of Medicine. He retired from the Air Force in 2024 at the rank of Col, with his last assignment as Chief, Physician Education, Air Force Personnel Center, JBSA-Randolph, TX. He had previously served as Lead, Primary Care Clinical Management Team, DHA; as the Air Force Pediatric Consultant, AFMRA, JBSA-Lackland, TX; and as Chief, Medical Staff (SGH), 374th Medical Group, Yokota AB, Japan. Clinically, Dr. Hsieh serves as a staff child neurologist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, previously at Brooke Army Medical Center, and as a staff pediatrician at David Grant Medical Center. He also spent four months as a staff physician aboard the US Naval Ship Comfort during Continuing Promise 2009. Dr. Hsieh is board certified in Pediatrics, Child Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy.Representative Bibliography
