Edmund Howe MD, JD

Education

Dr. Howe received his undergraduate degree at Yale and his MD at Columbia. He completed an internship at Harlem Hospital and his residency in Psychiatry at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He attended Rutgers University Law School and then received his law degree at Catholic University.

Biography

Dr. Howe is a past member of the CIA IRB and has been a member of the American Red Cross IRB and several other IRB’s. He is on several Editorial Boards and is a reviewer for numerous publications, including NEJM and JAMA. He is a past President of the Academy of Medicine in Washington, DC. and has chaired the Medical Student Subcommittee of this organization for over two decades.
