Biography

Dr. James Moon is an infectious disease specialist. He completed his fellowship in infectious disease from the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. Dr. Moon currently serves in multiple positions at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and is an associate professor of medicine at USU. Dr. Moon's expertise includes malaria, clinical research, and clinical trials. He has contributed to several notable publications, including research on malaria and Ebola vaccines, and has conducted multiple clinical trials related to malaria and dengue.
