Biography

Jennifer S. Kicker, MD, FAAP is a Colonel in the U.S. Army with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and a medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed a categorical Pediatrics residency at the National Capital Consortium (Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC) and a Pediatric Critical Care fellowship at the University of Virginia Children's Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia. She currently serves as the Medical Director for the Pediatric Intensive Care and Pediatric Sedation Units at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and she formerly served in these roles at Madigan Army Medical Center (until 2019). She previously supported operational units of the 25th Infantry Division (Alaska) in Afghanistan.
