Biography

Maj Karin Brockman is a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellow at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. While undergoing training for pediatric hematology/oncology, she has been conducting research at the National Cancer Institute researching Li Fraumeni Syndrome. She has a particular interest improving the care of Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) patients and spearheaded the development of a new intake process and checklist for AYA patients at the Murtha Cancer Center.
