Biography

Dr. Sanchack graduated from Union College in 1997 and after 1 year of research at Boston University he entered medical school at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He completed Family Medicine Internship and Residency training at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton from 2002-2005 where he was selected as Chief Resident. He stayed at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton for 2 years as faculty, and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom to Al Taqaddum, Iraq in 2006. He served overseas at Branch Health Clinic Iwakuni Japan 2007-2010 where he served as Senior Medical Officer. He then completed his Faculty Development Fellowship at Madigan Army Medical Center and a Masters in Health Administration at University of Washington from 2010-2012. Since 2012 he has been fortunate enough to be located in Jacksonville, Florida, where he now serves as Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency.
