Biography
Dr. Blattner graduated from Boston College (magna cum laude) in 2005 and worked for a software company for three years before deciding to pursue a career in medicine. He attended the Tufts University post-baccalaureate pre-medical program and attended the Boston University School of Medicine on a 4 year Army Health Professions Scholarship. Upon completion of his medical degree in 2014, he was directly commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army and finished his internship and residency in Neurology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He then completed a one year fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.He was assigned to Tripler Army Medical Center in 2019 and initiated a clinical clerkship in Neurology for the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He is currently the Neurology Clerkship Site Director and Neurology Clinic Chief at Tripler Army Medical Center.
