Biography

LTC Min Ho Chang received his BA at SUNY Binghamton and his MD degree at SUNY Upstate. LTC Chang is chief of Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center (IPMC) at the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). He completed his PM&R residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He is board certified in PM&R, Pain Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine. His current academic interest includes use of regenerative medicine/orthobiologics, musculoskeletal ultrasonography, stellate ganglion block (SGB) for PTSD/TBI symptomatology, pain education, and use of pain registry to better select patients and treatment options.
