Biography

My name is Patrick T. Reeves. I am an officer in the United States Army Medical Corps with a clinical
specialization in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. I am in Assistant Professor of pediatrics
adjunct to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. My skill set includes outpatient and
inpatient management of Pediatric gastrointestinal disorders as well as the routine and acute procedural
management of gastrointestinal and liver disease in children. I am proficient in health professions education
and earned a high􀂱level certificate from the graduate school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health
Sciences.

I have multiple research focuses. First, I have developed a series of point-of-care tools and solutions to
facilitate clinician management of chronic disease processes. These tools are designed to improve knowledge
transfer to patients/caregivers and support home disease management. Second, I perform epidemiologic
database studies focused on the care of pediatric patients in the emergency department. Third, I am well-versed
in medical education and the development of interactive, virtual, asynchronous curricula.
