Biography

Col (ret) Renata J. M. Engler, MC, USA, is an associate professor. She received her MD at Georgetown University and is board certified in the National Board of Medical Examiners; Internal Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine; Allergy-Immunology, American Board of Allergy and Immunology; Diagnostic Laboratory Immunology, Conjoint Board of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology, American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Engler was chief of the department of allergy-immunology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and former allergy-immunology consultant to the Army Surgeon General. Dr. Engler has served on international and national vaccine advisory committees, such as the National Vaccine Advisory Committee and the Brighton Collaboration.
