Biography

Richelle Homo is an Army Pediatrician and Neonatal-Perinatal Fellow from the San Antonio
Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. She has spearheaded numerous diversity,
justice, and inclusion efforts throughout residency and fellowship, to include leading lectures
related to race and social determinants of health and serving the committee that organizes the
diversity, equity, and inclusion curriculum within SAUSHEC. Her research interests are varied
and include leveraging data to inform pediatric and neonatal-perinatal outcomes in the military.
Beyond medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and expresses her appreciation for
diversity through photography.
