Biography
Tim Burgess is an infectious diseases researcher and clinician, and currently Professor and Interim Chair of Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics at USU School of Medicine. He holds secondary appointments in Medicine and Emerging Infectious Diseases. He retired from the Navy in 2022 after 28 years, having served as director of IDCRP from 2016 - 2022.
